Oscar Kipchumba Sudy, MP for Kapseret, has pledged to give education first priority in his Constituency in a step aimed at lifting education standards in the constituency.
Sudy spoke yesterday when presenting a cheque of Kshs 400,000 to Kipkaren Airport Primary School.
While presenting the cheque,Sudy, said the gesture was in fulfilment of a promise he made early last year.The money, he said, was part of his development agenda aimed at helping to promote education in the consituency.
